Onlin Barcode Verification is SV series "On-Line" range of verifiers can be configured to detect presence of barcode(s) per product on a production line. If a barcode or multiple qunatity of barcode is not present a warning may be output. Outputs may trigger alarms, flash Xenon warning light to alert operators, provide a trigger for solenoid to reject a product into re-work station area or even stop the production line in total.

Error signals may be provided based on decode grade deterioration from end user acceptance grades (eg Tesco requires minimum grade "C" depending on the nature of the barcode). BBS fully program Printronix SV ranges to customer specification. We also supply and install full working solutions to maintain working parameters of QA accepted barcodes. Systems are fully ISO / CEN / ANSI standard in accordance to specification rules.
